Dr Adlam studied at the University of Cambridge, qualifying (MB BChir) in 2017. He completed specialty training in Radiology within the Kent, Surrey and Sussex deanery from 2019-2024 and undertook a special interest year of training at University College London Hospital.

He specialises in breast and urology imaging. He is a member of the MDT in breast and urology at Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust. He has been appointed to the Royal College of Radiologists' Special Interest Group Expert Panel for Uroradiology.
